It’s probable that if you sell through an estate agent, you will realise more than we will offer. However, our offer is guaranteed – and you’ll get your money within seven days if you need to move fast. Use an agent and your property could be on the market for months, meaning you have to put your life on hold and keep paying the mortgage (and of course, a hefty agents’ commission).
Do you offer no cost valuations?
Yes - once we’ve visited your property we’ll make you a cash offer within 24 hours.
How long will your offer be valid?
Our offer is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Is there any obligation to accept your offer?
No, none at all. But once you do accept, you know the money’s yours.
Is there a limit on the price you will pay?
Absolutely not. Our offer will reflect the market value of your home and our ability to sell it on.
How fast will I get my money?

Are you interested in all types of property?

Will you pay my legal fees if I sell my property to you?

Can I stay in my home after the sale?
Yes, by arrangement. Upon completion, we can rent your home back to you for up to 12 months at a time at a fair market rent. Or if you prefer, you can buy it back at the same price within 12 months.
